You’ll drive the successful overhaul of our technology infrastructure, delivering a world-class setup with the cutting-edge SAP S4 HANA ERP system. Over the next 2-4 years, you’ll oversee an integrated program plan, ensuring seamless delivery, maintenance, and organizational integration. Key responsibilities include crafting and monitoring the project plan, governing and communicating progress, and acting as a business steward to ensure Hollister’s uninterrupted supply of high-quality medical devices. Requirements
- Someone who can pull previous experience to be credible and influence stakeholders at global leadership level.
- Leadership: ability to lead a large team.
- 15 years experience including managing multiple complex ERP implementations / upgrades. Ideally HANA S4 but open to any ERP experience
Phases:
- Phase 1: North America.
- Phase 2: EU (some manufacturing and some commercial units) and India
- Phase 3: Rest of EU
Goals:
- SAP S/4 HANA – upgrade from SAP ECC to SAP S/4 HANA. Experience with S/4 HANA is preferred.
- Efficiency: Streamline business processes by adopting industry best practices.
- Scalability: Make it easier and less costly to scale the business and respond to market changes.
- Moved away from talking about an SAP upgrade but rather talking about an IT upgrade.
- Software and infrastructure updates. Process governance, operating model, and initial reimplementation. and Implementation, including construction, testing, and phased deployment.
